I have been using Hi Tech geothermal since the my original heat pump installer retired (actually referred to them). In the last 10 plus years, Dennis and now Ben, have fixed a lot of problems (fuses, heat pump leaks, loop field leaks, mixers, air exchanger maintenance, water heater issues, etc.). Today, they also helped me trouble shoot a standard furnace that was installed by a local company, “Groff.” Not only did they get it working for the first time since install ~1 year ago, but also pointed out issues/code violations with the install, requiring the original contractor to come back out to rectify. Dennis definitely has the experience in all hvac and recommended this company over any big box “Genz-Ryan” hvac companies. You will save on all three: price, quality of work and time!

Dennis has helped us a number of times to repair and upgrade our Econar (now Geo Comfort) heat pump installation for our home geothermal system. I have not met anyone else in this field that knows more about how these systems work and the best options for maintaining or upgrading the equipment. He's done compressor repair, new thermostat installation, and just recently a complete upgrade to a newer heat pump unit for us, and I would not consider calling anyone else at this point to seek help for this. He's always responded quickly about questions or service and was always on time and got the work done without any worries. I absolutely recommend Hi Tech for anyone looking for installation, repair or upgrade of their geothermal setup.
